For a known quiet stretch

Seasonal Reserve Plan

A plan that names a cash reserve and the weeks to build it, for businesses whose takings drop when rain stops the boats or the rubber knives.

  • 7,200 THB
  • Two sittings about a fortnight apart
  • Two sittings and a written reserve plan

Who it is for

Rubber smallholdings, fishing-supply shops, and any counter whose quiet months are already known to the owner — late-year rains on this coast, festival weeks, or the pause after a wedding-order rush.

What you leave with

A reserve target in baht, the number of weeks available to build it, and a weekly amount to move into a separate envelope or a second account before the quiet stretch begins.

Where and with whom

Office or holding, within Narathiwat province

Arun Chaiyaporn leads both sittings. Malee Wongsuwan drafts the weekly amounts.

Fixed fee for two sittings and the reserve sheet. The figure on this page is the ordinary fee. Travel outside Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat, and a second till, are written on the note before a deposit is taken. See the fee note.

Included

  • A first sitting to name the quiet weeks and the bills that still fall inside them
  • A reserve sheet with a weekly set-aside
  • A second sitting a fortnight later to test the weekly amount against the till
  • Travel inside Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat

Outside this sitting

  • A full thirteen-week position of ordinary trading weeks
  • Investment of the reserve
  • Arranging a loan to fill the quiet month

How the sitting runs

  1. 1

    Name the quiet weeks

You tell us which months the counter or the trees go quiet, and which bills do not care.

  2. 2

    Set the target

The target is the sum of those bills plus the cash floor, not a round number chosen for its look.

  3. 3

    Test the weekly amount

At the second sitting we check whether the weekly set-aside left the till able to pay suppliers. If it did not, we lengthen the build.

Bring with you

  • Last year's rough memory of the quiet months, even if it is only in a notebook
  • Bills that continued through the last quiet stretch
  • The account or envelope you are willing to keep separate

Bounds of the work

  • We do not pick the quiet months for you. They have to be months you have already lived.
  • The reserve stays in your name. We do not hold client money.

The next step

Write with the shop’s trade and the district. We reply within two working days with this fee restated and the paper list. The deposit is thirty percent, and only after you have the note.
