Privacy notice
This notice explains how Cortex Harvest Financial Planning handles personal data when you write to the office, attend a sitting, or use cortexharvest.click. It is written for clients and visitors in Thailand and for anyone else who sends us a note.
Data controller

What we collect
From the enquiry form and from email or telephone: your name, email address, the sitting you asked about, a preferred day if you gave one, the shop and tambon if you gave them, and the message you wrote. At a sitting we collect the business papers you choose to show: passbook pages, supplier lists, wage days, and the cash floor you name. We ask you to keep customer identity numbers, bank passwords, and full account numbers out of the website form.
The website also stores a consent choice in your browser, described on the cookies page. If you accept the visit note, the browser stores the time of that choice. If you reject it, we do not store that visit note.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, to prepare a fee note, and to hold a sitting date. We use the papers you bring to write the cash position or the other sheet you commissioned. The lawful bases we rely on are steps toward an engagement you requested, performance of that engagement, and our legitimate interest in keeping a record of what was agreed. Where Thai law requires consent, we ask for it separately and you may refuse.
Retention
Enquiry notes that do not become a sitting are kept for twenty-four months and then destroyed. Working papers and the copy of a finished sheet are kept for five years after the last sitting of that engagement, unless a dispute or a legal duty requires a longer hold. The consent record stays in your own browser until you clear it or until it expires as described on the cookies page.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not hand your passbook to a lender. Staff of the practice, Arun Chaiyaporn and Malee Wongsuwan, see the papers they need for the sitting. A bookkeeper or tax preparer sees them only if you ask us to send a copy. If the law requires a disclosure, we limit it to what the request covers.
International transfers
The practice reads and keeps sitting papers in Narathiwat. Email and website hosting may pass a message through servers outside Thailand so that it can be delivered. That transfer is limited to carrying the message. We do not place client working papers on an open shared drive. Where a transfer needs a safeguard under the Personal Data Protection Act, we use a contract or another measure the Act recognises.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, to object to a use based on legitimate interest, and to receive a portable copy where the Act provides that right. You may withdraw a consent you previously gave, without affecting use that was already lawful. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee.
To use a right, write to info@cortexharvest.click. We may ask for enough detail to be sure we are speaking with the right person. We answer within the period the Act requires.
Security
Paper files are kept at the Lum Phu office. Electronic notes are limited to the practice’s own mail and machines. No method of storage is absolute. If a breach creates a risk that the Act says we must report, we will inform the Committee and, where required, the people affected.
Children
Our sittings are arranged with adult owners and adult members of a household business. We do not seek personal data from children.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a revised date. The version that applies to a sitting is the one in force when the fee note was accepted, plus any change the law requires us to apply.
