Who pays, and when

Collection and Payment Calendar

A month map of when customers usually pay and when suppliers expect settlement, so the loudest bill is not automatically the one that gets the cash.

Who it is for

Shops that sell on a few days' trust — tailors waiting on a fitting balance, groceries with restaurant accounts, fishing-supply counters that let boat owners settle after a landing.

What you leave with

A calendar of the month showing expected collections and the supplier, wage, and stall dates already promised, with the clashes marked.

Where and with whom

Office or shop in Narathiwat province

Malee Wongsuwan drafts the calendar from your lists. Arun Chaiyaporn sits with you to mark the clashes.

Fixed fee for the calendar and two sittings. The figure on this page is the ordinary fee. Travel outside Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat, and a second till, are written on the note before a deposit is taken. See the fee note.

Included

  • A listing of regular customers and the week they usually pay
  • Supplier due days written on the same calendar
  • A second sitting after two weeks to correct anyone who paid on a different day
  • A blank month you can copy for the following period

Outside this sitting

  • Chasing customers on your behalf
  • Legal letters or debt collection
  • Changing the terms you already agreed with a supplier

How the sitting runs

  1. 1

    List the names

We write customers and suppliers by the day they usually move money, using your memory and the passbook, not a hope.

  2. 2

    Mark the clashes

Where a large supplier and the wage day share a date, that date is marked so you can ask one side to move.

  3. 3

    Correct it

Two weeks later we alter the days that proved wrong. The calendar you keep is the corrected one.

Bring with you

  • Names of customers who buy on trust
  • Supplier due days
  • The passbook, so memory can be checked against deposits

Bounds of the work

  • We record the pattern you already have. We do not renegotiate supplier terms.
  • A calendar of one month does not replace a thirteen-week cash position when the trouble stretches past thirty days.

The next step

Write with the shop’s trade and the district. We reply within two working days with this fee restated and the paper list. The deposit is thirty percent, and only after you have the note.
